As a project manager in the luxury & hospitality industry, I manage multiple projects of a diverse scope for interior procurement. I create, manage and execute comprehensive budgets/projects from concept to completion bilingually (French) with a value of up to 40 million euros for various hotel projects. My clients include Ritz – Paris, LVMH – Cheval Blanc, Belmond Group, Four Seasons, Corinthia Hotels, Radisson Blu, and Rosewood Group.
I perform all aspects of business operations including procurement of FF&E & OS&E goods, manage all negotiations and bids with suppliers, issuing tenders, purchase orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable and managing the delivery schedule while maintaining approved budget.
I travel globally to all hotel projects to facilitate deliveries of goods, installation and on-site logistics adhering to site requirements, restrictions and timelines as well as directing on-site teams to install per room layouts, blue prints and designer specifications.
