There is nothing better than feeling like a radiant, bronzed beauty. Not to mention the neighbors love the free show as well. Haha 😂🤭

Lindsay Hall @shade_collective is truly a ray of sunshine, and she loves helping other women get their glow on from the inside out. Shade Collective is a San Diego based mobile, sunless tanning service that uses organic, eco-certified and nutrient rich solutions. Best of all there is no stinky smell, sticky feeling or streaking after you wash it off. I cannot recommend her services enough.

Love the skin you're in! Style yourself with confidence and a smile. There is beauty in imperfection.

This post is near and dear to my heart, and I think it is an important topic to shed light on. It is something that I struggle with immensely, but I have never shared with this community. I sadly know too many dazzling women that struggle with it as well. I don’t know about you girls, but I am incredibly hard on my body. By that I mean I mirror gaze, I body check, I often berate this beautiful body that God gave me. I find myself scrutinizing all of my flaws, especially post-cancer. Between my scar, my tummy-poppin hernias, my stretch marks and that dreaded cellulite that came out of nowhere, I body-shame myself all too frequently. For any of you goddesses that can relate, I am empathetic and sympathetic. Remember you are beautiful with stardust in your souls!

This past weekend I was rushed to the hospital for adrenal failure (I am ok now and back home), but I was profoundly struck with the notion of how grateful I am for my body and its healing powers. Sitting in my hospital bed with that headache-inducing fluorescent lighting, I realized that I need to wear my scars as a badge of honor and let my hernias pop away. Our bodies truly are our temples that deserve to be celebrated, cherished, fueled and nourished.

The day I rocked this bikini I certainly had some liquid courage (aka lots of Rosé), and ironically the DJ was playing the song Liquid Spirit. One thing is for certain, it was one of my happiest days spent with girlfriends. I just let it all go, walked into the pool and accepted my body the way it is. It was liberating! Self-acceptance and self-love is the most freeing state of mind. I encourage each of you to step into your own light, and glow from the inside out.

Daydreaming of the French Riviera! I thought I wou

Daydreaming of the French Riviera! I thought I would zhuzh up my wardrobe for Easter with some pretty pastels from @shoprhode If all goes according to plan, and my health remains stable, I will be soaking up the sun on the Côte d'Azur this July. Fingers crossed!

It’s been a minute since my last post (February 2022). I have been focusing on my health as there have been a few detours in this wild ride. My local urgent care doctor and I are on a first name basis. We may as well be going out for a glass of wine together at this point (haha) 😂 If you don’t laugh you will cry right?! It’s a reminder to us all to learn to live with uncertainty, embody a positive mindset, and be grateful for the gift of each day and make the most of it. I am grateful that I am feeling better, and I was able to get out and enjoy Easter with family and friends yesterday.

I hope everyone is harnessing the restorative energy of springtime’s warm light to awaken and fuel your soul. For me, spring represents hope, rebirth and renewal. Nature is abloom, the days are longer and there are endless possibilities. It’s the season of new beginnings. For those that celebrate I hope you had a Happy Easter & Passover.

Celebrating a significant milestone today with an immensely grateful heart! Thank you for all of your love and support.

I am one-year NED (No Evidence of Disease). Those words are music to my ears. Joyfully smiling and doing the happy dance over here. For those of you that don’t know NED does not mean fully cancer-free, it just means that my scans currently show no disease. Given that I was diagnosed stage 3, statistics claim the likelihood of a reoccurrence is 70 to 90 percent. This creates an undercurrent of fear, and a lurking anxiety that is always present in my head.

For today I choose to CELEBRATE. This journey has taught me that life truly is a precious gift that is meant to be lived to the fullest each day. Joy and laughter will heal your soul. Practicing gratitude and mindfulness will transform your life. These practices will help you embody positivity and shine radiant light. I am learning to live in the moment, and appreciate all the simple pleasures that life has to offer. Honor your mini-milestones. It is so important to celebrate wins no matter how small they are. Do what makes you happy. Listen to your heart. Be bold, be fierce and get out there and live life.

To any beautiful butterfly going through this life-changing and transformational journey, I SEE YOU, and I am here to support you. You are stronger than you think. To the glorious goddesses @young_ovarian_cancer_ I love you all so much. Thank you IG family for all of your support. I am grateful for each one of you.

I love my new luggage set (Bellagio Collection) @bricsmilano Thank you Santa! Musing about being up in the air avec une coupe de champagne. There is nothing more liberating than taking flight.

I haven’t been on a plane since November 2019 due to my Couture Cancer and Covid. Praying that this is the year my white blood cell count comes up and my oncologist gives me the green light to travel.

I know so many of you are grounded like me due to the pandemic. May this New Year bring you the priceless galaxy of adventure, joy and travel. I am hopeful that my first stop will be Paris. Where is yours?
